The hierarchical administrative organization of Greece according to Kallikratis is as follows: At the top level are seven Decentralized Administrations (Αποκεντρωμένες Διοικήσεις), which are composed by thirteen Regions (Περιφέρειες) divided into several Regional Units (Περιφερειακές Ενότητες) each.
